No. I use this call to understand your training history, current challenges, and goals. If coaching is a fit, I’ll explain exactly how it works. If it’s not the right time, you’ll still leave with clarity on what to fix.

What does coaching involve?

Access to my custom coaching app, where you’ll be able to track workouts, log nutrition, monitor progress, and stay accountable wherever you are with smart analytics and before-and-after photo comparisons.

You’ll receive bespoke nutrition designed around your lifestyle, goals, and schedule. For some, this may include a structured meal plan with specific calorie targets; for others, detailed calorie and macro guidance with supplement recommendations and practical strategies to stay consistent in real life.

Your training programme is fully tailored to your experience level, goals, recovery, and any injury considerations, with progressive workouts, instructional exercise videos, and form feedback analysis so you always know exactly what to do and why.

How much time will this take each week?

Sessions are built around your schedule and the time you have available. Most clients train 3 to 5 hours per week. I structure every programme so you get maximum return on the time you put in, no wasted volume, no junk work.
